Shipping is always free to Texas. For free shipping on orders over $150 use code FREESHIP150.
All other orders are a flat shipping rate of $10.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
To keep your shipping costs down and reduce our impact on the environment, we ship orders whole when they are ready. If you ordered multiple items, they will all ship together when the entire order is ready.

You'll get an email with tracking information when your order ships.
PACKAGING
Orders with hats will ship in a cardboard box with a shipping label.
Before purchasing a product, please be cautious about the size and specifications of each item. We do not offer refunds. Our online orders may be returned as an exchange or store credit only with approval. All return inquiries must be made by email within 15 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns sent after this period of time. When returning our products please make sure the merchandise is in its original condition and with its original packaging undamaged.
We do not accept items that have been worn or damaged. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once we receive your package, your store credit will be processed within 15 days.

All sale items are Final Sale.
We do not reapply discount codes on exchanged items.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please email us within 3 business days of receiving the product.
We will email you a shipping label so you can ship our product back to us with its original packaging and a replacement will be issued back to you upon receipt. All items must be unworn.
